The wine is straw in colour with rich aromas of pear and stone fruit. Complex flavours of pear, white nectarine and citrus linger on the palate. The acidity is fresh with good textural richness on the palate.
The fruit for this wine was grown on the Marist vineyard located near Mittagong in the Southern Highlands, a cool climate region in New South Wales, at the relatively high altitude of 650 metres. This vineyard was planted in 1999 and is now managed by Tertini Wines.
