Both the Dairy and the Shed have their own private gardens for you to enjoy during your stay. There are quiet places to relax, and a variety of herbs, vegetables and fruit to sample and eggs from the chickens to use in your cooking.
Broger’s End was born out of a vision and passion for transforming a rundown old farm into a haven of sustainable living and regenerated native landscape, to be shared with visitors from near and far. The hope is that visiting Broger’s End will bring a respite from everyday cares, and an appreciation for the importance of stopping to smell the (native banksia) roses!
This farm was chosen after years of searching because it is easily accessible by sealed road, being only 2 hours from Sydney and 6 km from the Kangaroo Valley village, but far enough from these places to feel remote and peaceful. It has a wide variety of landscapes within its 160 acres, providing a wonderful experience of the Australian countryside.

Whether you’re looking for an easy family friendly walk or something a bit more strenuous, there is a walking trail at Broger’s End or around Kangaroo Valley for you!
The river you would have crossed to get here is great for swimming! The best place is probably in line with the shed but feel free to go exploring for other spots! Be very cautious when swimming in a river as submerged rocks, trunks and logs can be very hard to see.
While meandering around the variety of landscapes which make up Broger’s End Kangaroo Valley you will see plenty of native animals, especially if you are patient, quiet and keep your eyes peeled.
The town of Berry is one of those rare finds. Set amongst rolling green hills
with the Cambewarra range providing a stunning backdrop, the landscape is unparalleled in NSW.
Fitzroy Falls is an easy 20 minute drive from Broger’s End and offers fantastic views!
A great little village to visit with antiques shops, art galleries, gourmet local produce and restaurants.
